Jennifer Palumbo, MS, NCC

PCIT Coach:

 

Jennifer is a PCIT Coach and Counselor at HopeSparks.  She has her Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling and Certification in School Counseling from Central Washington University.  Previously, she obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from the University of Washington in 2008.  Her focus is working with families, children, and adolescents. 

 

Jennifer’s experience and training has been in several treatment modalities including cognitive behavioral, psycho - education, experiential, client centered, grief/spiritual, play and art therapy, as well as working with groups.  She has also had 2 years of practicum experience in a college counseling center with ages ranging from children, adolescents, and adults, as well as experience working as a counseling intern in the school system as well.  Most recently Jennifer has been certified in Incredible Years parenting class and as a PCIT coach, which stands for Parent-Child Interaction Training.
