Joe LeRoy, LICSW

 

Joe is a licensed clinical social worker and children’s mental health specialist.  He earned his Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Washington in 2007 and his Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Montana in 2000. 

 

His work experience includes over 12-years working with individuals, families, groups and communities. Joe has also worked extensively with the foster care and school systems and is a certified school social worker.

 

Joe primarily uses a cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) approach with his clients and will work with most populations and with a variety of issues including: adult and child ADD/HD, grief and loss, depression, anger, anxiety, parenting issues, divorce issues and trauma including sexual abuse. 

 

Joe is also trained to use Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) with children and teens and is an approved instructor for our “Impact of Divorce on Children” seminar.
