Family Support Worker: The Family Support Worker (FSW) position with HopeSparks is in collaboration with the Tacoma Pierce County Health Department (TPCHD) Family Support Partnership (FSP). This position will provide direct service with families through home visiting to support and build on family strengths by assisting with parenting skills and community resources. The FSW will provide approximately 30 face to face home visits each month, focusing primarily on evidence based programs including Motivational Interviewing, Promoting First Relationships (PFR), and/or Positive Parenting Program (Triple P). Weekly visits are required to maintain fidelity to the evidence based programs.

Incredible Years Parent Training Program: We are currently seeking staff to help provide on-site supervision for children while their parents are attending class. The classes are held every Tuesday evening and Friday afternoon for two hours. - This is a paid opportunity.

ARNP Mental Health Provider: We are seeking the services of a mission-driven ARNP who can evaluate and prescribe medications for children, adolescents and adults. Consultations with staff is also expected. Services are required for one to two days a month, initially, with the possibility of expanding service as medication needs increase.
